1) Who we are

SimplifyNumbers.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated from New Zealand. We collect and use personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles. Where the GDPR / UK GDPR applies to you (for example, if you are in the EEA/UK), we also aim to meet those requirements.

2) What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and deliver the services you request.

A. Information you provide

• Identity & contact: name, email, business type (e.g., when subscribing or downloading resources).
• Tool inputs: financial/operational figures you enter into calculators (e.g., revenue, expense ratios).

B. Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data: pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, browser/device info, and IP address (commonly via analytics and security tooling).
• Cookies / similar technologies: used for core functionality, analytics, and (where enabled) marketing.

3) How we use your information

We use personal information for these purposes:

Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails.

11) Privacy breaches

If we experience a privacy breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the NZ Privacy Commissioner as required.
